Melee with a Blight is not only dangerous, but only slightly more tolerable than fighting with an oytugh when it comes to party morale. Given how maneuverable the Sewer Blight is and how cramped sewers tend to be, it can be impossible to avoid melee with the horror. They often elect to pull lighter characters off their feet and then drown them in sewage, which is easily in the “top 5 worst ways to go,” Fighting back against its grip, and just fighting back in general, is almost as painful as fighting against its claws because of its Acidic Spray any melee damage dealt to it causes splatters of extremely deadly acid to splatter all over the attacker, dealing 8d6 damage… Divided equally between the attacker and their gear. This can even include oozes, because the Blight’s Command Ooze ability allows it to Dominate its slimy brethren!įighting the Sewer Blight in its natural environment is difficult, nauseating, and painful.

In addition, any creature Dominated or otherwise controlled by the Blight has all of their disease-based abilities empowered, including having the incubation period dropped down to 0 so the unfortunate infectee feels the effects instantly. It’s not a dangerous disease to anyone above level 5 (statwise it’s very dangerous, but the save to shake it off is very low), but it’s certainly inconvenient.

business A four to 5p pathfinder: kingmaker hour of rage challenge armag. The horrid sewers that these Blights call their home become so infused with grunge that merely stepping into them forces a Reflex save to avoid getting sprayed as the sewage lashes out at them to infect them with Filth Fever. Vehicles on Residential Properties to eliminate blight and improve health. Just when you step foot into its Plagued Domain. No, no, you don’t have to worry about catching something in a battle with a Sewer Blight.
PATHFINDER BLIGHT PLUS
Their lashing, filth-crusted claws deal 2d8+13 damage, plus 2d6 acid, but thankfully are boiling over with too many caustic agents to actually deliver any infections that their choice of decor would usually infuse them with. Though they only inhabit 5 feet of space, they have a reach of 15 feet, and can climb, swim, and crawl with equal speed through the cramped tunnels and tight pipes of the sewers to attack their victims from any angle.

Perhaps to make up for their paradoxical nature and keep their allies from beating them up for lunch money, Sewer Blights are among the nastiest of their kind, in every sense of the word. There’s a bit of irony in that all Blights work to undermine and destroy civilization, while the Sewer Blight could not actually exist without that very same civilization.
